Ann - Early Years Support Worker
I have worked at St Augustine’s Nursery since 2007, initially as an under 5 Early Years Worker. After leaving St Augustine’s in 2014 I returned in 2017, working three mornings a week as an Early Years Support Worker, I just couldn’t stay away! I have an NVQ level 3 in Children’s Care Learning & Development and completed the Key Times Professional Development in working with 0-3 Year Olds.
I have 2 grown up sons and nanny for two girls so have a good understanding of what it is to be a parent /carer and the highs and lows this may bring. Supporting children to settle into the nursery, becoming more confident and happy in their environment is what makes my job so rewarding.
